The house is very unique combo of old Town House and its pool turned into indoor and outdoor living with its swim-up pool.

Our living room/kitchen/pool are outdoor areas. No garden or any other outdoor spaces. You stepping in from the street in to the living room.Experience relaxing Hammocks!

This unique tiny house is privately for you with private entrance from the street. Free street parking front of the door. The mezzanine in indoors at the house has no access to our guests because of safety reasons. We are private home, bagdrops are not possible.

Please be prepared in advance when travelling to Tulum. We live here 3rd world circumstances in developing country which effects many ways and it is explained by two words: laidback vibe. It means you time travelling backwards some twenty years. Many 1st world things not exist here yet, many solutions are like 30 years ago. But that all is also why we love Tulum.

We are a private home, Bagdrops are not possible because of our daily jobs.
We are not 100% the dust free place because of the open Air indoor-outdoor living concept.

The pool is not heated as we live here in Tropical climate year around. But it is warmer than our Ocean here.
